"A PATH TO RESOLUTION"

In this session, we will explore the concept of expectations and how unmet expectations can lead to habitual conflict, anger, and resentment. We'll discuss the importance of aligning our expectations with reality, understanding the capabilities and willingness of others, and examine the conflict cycle to gain insights into how these patterns emerge and persist in our relationships. This session aims to provide practical strategies for managing expectations to foster healthier interactions and emotional well-being.
