Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I register for one of the programs?
A: Simply visit the register page, and follow the prompts along the way. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your registration.
Q: When is payment due for the program?
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Q: Where are your classes located?
We offer both virtual programs (via Zoom) and in-person. We schedule programs out 8 weeks in advance, and a current schedule can be found here.
Q: If I was ordered to participate in follow-up sessions, how do I, and when can I register for those?
A: You will not register for any follow-up sessions until you've successfully completed your intake session. Your facilitator will provide instructions at that time. If you have already completed your intake session, and your case is in open and in a compliant status, click here to visit the Follow Up Session Registration Form.
Q: When will I receive login information for my online class?
A: You will receive an email 24 - 48 hours prior to the start time of the program. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as correspondence may land there from time to time.
Q: How will my probation officer know that I completed the program?
A: Once you've completed the program requirements, we provide documentation directly to the referring agency (probation officer) within 72 hours. If you would like a copy of your report, submit a written request via email to [email protected].
Q: What if I cannot make (or missed) my scheduled appointment?
A: If rescheduling, clients may reschedule an appointment or program up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time at no charge, provided they register for the next available session. Please note: Registrations will not be held indefinitely, and clients must rebook within the timeframe provided. If a client does not attend a scheduled session (a "no-show"), they will have 24 hours from the missed appointment to reschedule for the next available session, subject to a $35 no-show fee.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. This applies to both missed and unattended sessions that are not rescheduled within the timeframes above.
