Rescheduling Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled PERS program, are required to provide at least 48 hours advance notice in order to reschedule without financial penalty.  Registrants will incur a $35 rescheduling fee if rescheduling the missed session within 5 days of the missed program date if rescheduling to a date within the following 8 weeks of the initially scheduled program date.

PERS is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants, including staff, at PERS programs and courses. PERS has no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form at PERS-related events. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others.
