Welcome to PERS, where we're dedicated to building a safer and healthier community through prevention, education, and transformation. Our comprehensive substance abuse prevention and education programs empower individuals with knowledge and resources to make informed decisions, reduce risks, and create positive change. The purpose of our programs are multi faceted: to better understand the short-term and long-term effects of alcohol, drugs and other mind-altering substances, increase ones accountability to their use, and to promote behavior modification by exploring ways to help change our environment to live a healthier and more fulfilling life without the use of alcohol or drugs.

Programs vary in length and content.  Scroll down for a full description of each program.
