Follow Up Session Rules, Guidelines and Expectations
Clients are required to begin participating in any ordered follow-up sessions within two weeks of participating in your intake session. Failure to engage in follow-up sessions within this time will result in case closure and referral back to probation.
Registration
Clients may register for follow up sessions by clicking here, 24/7, This link never changes. The registration form is also accessible under the "Resources" tab of this website.
Registration must be processed prior to 4pm on the day of the scheduled session. Again, you may register any day of the week, but registration closes at 4pm on the day of the scheduled session. No late registrations are available. If a client fails to register on-time, they will not be able to participate in the session and will result in an absence. Courtesy reminders will not be provided. It is the sole responsibility of the client to register for the session(s) in which they are ordered to attend.
Immediately following your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains the link to join the scheduled session. It is the responsibility of each client to keep track of this confirmation, as it is the only access into the meeting room.
If you fail to keep track of the confirmation email, you must contact the administrative office via phone prior to 5pm in order to gain assistance.
Clients are provided the opportunity to pre-register for all ordered sessions. Clients may contact their facilitator or email [email protected] to arrange advance registration and payment.
